About Cosain Safety
Our team of past & present front line emergency service workers will assist in keeping you, your residence & business safe.
Cosain safety was established by Jason Low, a former officer with York Regional Police for 25 years. Jason has also worked in the private sector simultaneously as a safety inspector & security consultant.
Cosain Safety is committed to providing personal safety & crime deterrence to our clients based on the core fundamentals of diligence & vigilance executed by experienced front line emergency tested professionals.
During his 25 years of law enforcement, Jason has dealt with a wide variety of situations that forged his expertise in crime prevention, risk management & first responder protocols.
Our mission is to deter the ever-increasing crime away from our clients & their properties. Our professional services will include, with each property check, an observation & recommendation report (ORR), along with body-cam video.

What We Offer
Residential Safety Checks
A safety professional will check the exterior of your residence & if requested, attempt to interact with occupants of home. Observation & recommendation report will be completed with body cam video.
After Hours Residential Safety Checks
A team member will safety check the perimeter of your residence & if requested, attempt to contact residents. Observation & recommendation report will be completed with body cam video.
Business Safety Checks
A team member will safety check the perimeter of your business & if requested, interact with employees. Observation & recommendation report will be completed with body cam video.
After Hours Business Safety Checks
A team member will safety check the perimeter of your business & if requested, contact employees. Observation & recommendation report will be completed with body cam video.
First Aid & Safety Static Posting
A team member will be posted as a first aid qualified person. The team member will have first-aid level C certification & will be equipped with a first-aid kit, AED, tourniquet, EPI-pen & Naloxone.
OHSA compliance checks
The President & CEO will accept OHSA single spot-check inspections, to assist a construction company, or safety company as a sub-contractor.
Static Street Safety Watch
Statistically, home invasions & break-ins happen more often on Friday & Saturday between the hours of 11pm & 5 am. A safety professional will patrol, sit idle & follow vehicles to their driveways while deterring suspicious activity & criminal intelligence collection
